Packaging

  • Artwork is packaged with professional‑grade materials to prevent bending, moisture, or impact damage.
  • Prints 11×17 and smaller ship flat in rigid mailers.
  • Larger prints and posters ship rolled in heavy‑duty tubes.
  • Original paintings are wrapped, padded, and boxed securely.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • Domestic orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size and destination.
  • Tracking information is provided automatically once the order ships.
  • Delivery times vary by carrier but typically range from 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and item.
  • Lost packages will be investigated with the carrier. Replacement or refund options depend on the item type (prints vs. originals).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.
  • Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses cannot be refunded until the package is returned.
